Snabbit Crosses 115,000 Daily Jobs, Says Burn Per Job Drops Below ₹250 in Q1 FY27
Bengaluru / New Delhi — On-demand quick home services platform Snabbit has achieved a major operational milestone, crossing 115,000 fulfilled jobs in a single day. Alongside rapid volume growth, the startup reported significant improvements in its unit economics during the first quarter of FY27 (April–June).
Key Highlights
Record Scale: Snabbit crossed over 1.15 lakh completed daily orders, scaling from roughly 400 daily jobs to over 115,000 per day in under two years.
Sharper Unit Economics: Cash burn per completed job dropped by more than ₹100 quarter-on-quarter, bringing burn per job to below ₹250 in Q1 FY27.
Core Volume: Snabbit completed approximately 4 million jobs in its core househelp category during Q1 FY27, including 1.51 million in June alone.
Net Order Value (NOV): Consolidated NOV after customer discounts remained steady above ₹130 during the quarter.
Market Footprint: The platform operates across 10 major cities—including Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Pune, and Hyderabad—covering over 150 micromarkets and facilitating earnings for over 25,000 service experts.
Hyperlocal Density Fueling Growth
Snabbit founder and CEO Aayush Agarwal noted that hyper-dense operational strategy within residential clusters has driven fulfillment efficiency. Mature micromarkets are now seeing over 2,500 jobs completed daily, with several large gated communities generating upwards of 500 orders a day on their own.
"Two years ago, most believed high-frequency home services could never become a scaled technology business," said Aayush Agarwal, Founder & CEO. He added that the company expects consolidated Net Order Value to improve by another 15% to 20% over the coming months as density grows and newer categories like Home Cooks and Salon at Home pick up traction.
Competition Heating Up in Quick Home Services
The milestone comes amid intense rivalry in India’s fast-emerging quick home services sector, where platforms promise service pros arriving within 10–15 minutes. Competitor Urban Company's instant service arm, InstaHelp, also crossed 100,000 daily delivered orders on Sunday, driven by promotional pricing in key metro areas.
Despite aggressive consumer discount offerings, Snabbit’s steep reduction in cash burn highlights a shifting industry focus toward sustainable unit economics, repeat usage, and dense neighborhood fulfillment.
