Leadership Take on the Results
Commenting on the results, Aman Gupta, Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer, acknowledged the flat revenue due to the slow expansion of the broader audio market, but emphasized the company's financial resilience.
"Despite flat topline growth, the strong overall numbers reflect the strength and resilience of the business we have built. We are now preparing for our next phase—boAt 2.0."
— Aman Gupta, Co-Founder & CMO
Adding to this, Gaurav Nayyar, CEO of boAt, noted:
"FY26 was about strengthening the foundations of boAt while navigating a challenging external environment. PAT grew 38%, ROCE improved to 15.2%, and we closed the year with approximately ₹397 crore of cash reserves and zero bank debt. Our focus now shifts from turnaround to growth as we launch boAt 2.0."
