Garuda Aerospace’s FY26 Revenue Jumps 67% to ₹206 Cr; Profit Rises 42%

Drone Pioneer Delivers Strong Financial Growth Driven by Product Sales and DaaS Solutions

Chennai-based drone technology firm Garuda Aerospace reported a stellar financial performance for the fiscal year FY26. The company's revenue from operations surged by 67% year-on-year (YoY) to ₹206 crore, up from ₹123.5 crore recorded in FY25. Net profit (Profit After Tax) rose by 41.5% YoY to ₹26 crore, compared to ₹18.37 crore in the previous fiscal year.

The remarkable top-line performance was fueled by expansion across both service offerings and hardware manufacturing. Revenue from Drone-as-a-Service (DaaS) solutions—including aerial surveying, spraying, and agricultural applications—surged 84.1% to ₹106.5 crore. Meanwhile, product sales across defense, agriculture, and industrial applications grew 66.2% to ₹99.5 crore.

Strategic Expense Management and Path Toward Proposed IPO

However, employee benefit expenses decreased by 16.2% to ₹8 crore. Capital efficiency improved significantly, with Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) expanding to 23.82%. The company's balance sheet also strengthened, with total current assets reaching ₹303 crore.

The strong financial results come at a pivotal moment as Garuda Aerospace prepares for its upcoming Initial Public Offering (IPO). Supported by recent pre-IPO funding rounds, the company continues to scale its manufacturing infrastructure, DGCA-approved remote pilot training centers, and market presence in defense and civil sector applications.Start writing here...
