Zoho Crosses ₹12,000 Cr Revenue Mark, Becomes India's First Bootstrapped Giant to Hit Milestone
CHENNAI – Zoho Corporation has etched its name in the history books of the Indian tech ecosystem. For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, the company reported a consolidated revenue of ₹12,313 crore, marking a steady 17.8% year-on-year growth. This achievement makes Zoho the first-ever bootstrapped startup in India to breach the ₹12,000 crore revenue threshold.
The Financial Breakdown
While revenue soared, the company’s net profit saw a marginal decline, coming in at ₹3,191 crore compared to ₹3,299 crore in FY24. This slight dip in the bottom line is attributed to a strategic surge in operational investments, particularly in employee benefits and global marketing.
| Financial Metric | FY25 (Actuals) | FY24 (Comparison) | Growth/Change |
| Total Revenue | ₹12,313 Cr | ₹10,453 Cr | +17.8% |
| Net Profit | ₹3,191 Cr | ₹3,299 Cr | -3.3% |

Product Performance: ManageEngine & Zoho Suite
The company’s growth remains firmly rooted in its dual-engine product strategy.
Zoho Suite: Contributed 57% of the total revenue, amounting to ₹7,051 crore.
ManageEngine: The enterprise IT management arm accounted for 39%, generating ₹4,863 crore.
Services: The remaining revenue (approx. ₹399 crore) was derived from professional services.
Global Footprint & Market Share
North America remains Zoho’s stronghold, contributing 41% of the total revenue. However, the company is seeing rapid acceleration in Asia (30%) and Europe (23%), signaling a successful diversification of its user base across 150 million users worldwide.
A New Leadership Era
The FY25 milestone coincides with a significant leadership transition. Founder Sridhar Vembu has moved into the role of Chief Scientist, focusing on long-term R&D and rural development, while Shailesh Kumar Davey has taken the helm as the Group CEO.
Despite global economic headwinds and a tightening SaaS market, Zoho’s "Swadeshi" model—operating without external funding and focusing on R&D—continues to prove that sustainable, profitable growth is possible even at a massive scale.
