While the vertical has driven a 33% year-on-year rise in Urban Company’s operating revenue (reaching ₹383 crore in Q3 FY26), it remains in an investment phase. The company reported an adjusted EBITDA loss for the segment as it prioritizes supply network expansion and micro-market density. However, losses per order have nearly halved over the last six months, signaling a path toward steady-state unit economics.

Beyond consumer convenience, InstaHelp has focused on formalizing the unorganized domestic help sector.
