NEW DELHI / SURAT, January 12, 2026 – KP Green Engineering Limited, a prominent player in the fabrication and hot-dip galvanizing industry, has officially announced its largest single contract win to date. The company has secured Advance Work Orders (AWOs) worth ₹819 crore (inclusive of GST) from the state-owned Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL).

The order is part of the Government of India’s ambitious 4G Saturation Project, which aims to provide high-speed digital connectivity to uncovered villages and remote regions across the country.

Geographic Coverage & Project Clusters

The contract is strategically divided into two massive geographical clusters, covering both high-density states and some of India’s most challenging terrains:

  • Cluster C (₹483 Crore): Focused on the Maharashtra Circle and Goa.

  • Cluster J (₹336 Crore): Covering Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, and Himachal Pradesh.

Comprehensive Scope of Work

Unlike traditional supply contracts, this order positions KP Green Engineering as a long-term service partner. The scope of work includes:

  1. Tower Infrastructure: The supply and erection of Ground-Based Towers (GBT).

  2. Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS): Provisioning and installation of allied telecom infrastructure.

  3. Operations & Maintenance (O&M): A significant 5-year commitment to manage and maintain the sites, with an option for BSNL to extend the services by another five years.

Strategic & Financial Impact

This win significantly transforms the company's order book, which now shows massive revenue visibility for the next several years. In a regulatory filing, the company stated that this achievement validates its technical expertise in handling large-scale, government-backed Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) projects.

"This landmark order from BSNL is a testament to our growing capabilities in the telecom infrastructure segment. It not only strengthens our executable order book but also aligns with our vision to be a key contributor to India’s digital transformation," said Dr. Faruk G. Patel, Chairman and Managing Director of KP Group.

Market Reaction

Following the news on Monday, January 12, shares of KP Green Engineering saw high-energy trading. The stock initially surged over 8% to a day high of ₹435 on the BSE, as investors cheered the massive scale of the contract compared to the company’s previous project sizes.
